Based in South West London, Blume was founded by Elspeth Smithson-Tull in 2018.
Blume work with private clients, couples, planners and brands. From small events to luxury 3- day weddings.

With a background in fashion and interior design, Elspeth understood the seasonal approach and changing nature of creativity; which is why floristry and creative planning was such a perfect calling for her.

She has diligently and carefully built her unique style, which now lives across every project from bespoke weddings to brand events.
